Show reviews and star ratings

Reviews from happy customers and a star rating reassure your visitors before they buy. Only show real reviews: you are responsible for what your page says.

  1. Open your page in the block editor (see Design your sales page with the block editor).

  2. In the page, first select a section or a block: the new block is added below it (otherwise the editor says “Select a section or a block in the page first.”). Then, in the Blocks tab of the left panel, click Customer reviews, in the Proof section. For a whole section with a heading, click Customer reviews in the Ready sections tab instead.

  3. Click the block in the page. In the right panel, under Content, fill in each review: Name, Role (optional) and Text.

  4. Click + Add under the last review to add another one, up to 12. The arrows change the order, and the trash button removes a review.

  5. Click Save.

Each review shows as a card with five stars, the text, then the name and role.

  1. As above, select a section or a block in the page, then click Star rating in the Blocks tab, in the Sales section.

  2. Click the block in the page. In the right panel, set the Stars (from 1 to 5, by half stars) and the Text next to the stars. Only show a rating you really have. A new block starts at 5 stars with a sample text: change it or delete the block.

  3. Click Save.

To remove reviews or a rating, select the block and click the trash button on its toolbar, then save. To show reviews next to the payment form, add the Customer reviews block to your checkout (see Customize your checkout).

A Classic page has a ready-made rating above the price and a reviews section.

  1. Open the page from Funnels by clicking its card.

  2. At the rating above the price (the stars, the rating and the number of reviews), click the rating or the number to change it. The ✕ next to it hides the stars and the rating from your page. To bring them back, click Star rating hidden · Show it again.

  3. In the reviews section, click a name or a text to change it. + Add a review adds one (12 at most), and the ✕ of a review deletes it. Your page shows the first 3 reviews, and a button shows the others.

  4. Click Save when you’re done.

When you create a Classic page, the question Do you have customer reviews to show? lets you paste your real reviews (one per line), use examples you’ll replace, or start with No reviews for now (the rating is then hidden). Examples carry an Example reviews badge in the editor: replace them with real reviews before you share your page.
