See your sales and stats

The Sales page shows what you earned, how each product performs and the list of all your orders, over the period you choose.

  1. In the left menu, open Analytics > Sales. On the other Analytics pages, you can also click the Sales tab at the top.

  2. At the top right, pick a period: 24h, 7d, 30d, 12 mo or All. 30d is the default. For other dates, click Custom, choose your dates in From and to, then click Show.

  3. To look at a single product, pick it in Product / page:. The numbers, the chart and the transactions then only count that product. Click Reset to see all your products again.

  4. Under Transactions, type a product name or an email in the search field, or pick Paid or Free in the list next to it. Click the Date or Amount column title to sort the list.

  5. Click Export sales (CSV) to download the transactions of the period you picked above, for all your products. You can open the file in Excel or Google Sheets. The file follows the language of your Shoplit interface, with the columns Date, Product, Email, Name, Type, Gross, Discount, Promo code, Commission and Net.

At the top of the page:

  • Revenue: what you keep, after the Shoplit commission (10% of each sale on the Free plan, 0% on Pro and Business) but before payment fees.
  • Average order value: what a paid sale brings in on average.
  • Sales: your paid purchases. The downloads of your free products aren’t counted here.
  • Conversion rate: your paid sales divided by your visits.
  • Visits: the views of your sales pages.
  • Free leads: the downloads of your free products.
  • Discounts granted: what your promo codes took off.

Below, a box shows what the commission means for you. On Pro and Business, it tells you how much you saved compared to the Free plan. On the Free plan, it tells you how much more you would have earned with Pro.

The chart works like the one on Home: click Revenue, Sales or Visits to choose what it shows, switch between bars and a line, and hover or tap a bar to see its details. By product then lists the views, sales, free downloads, conversion rate and revenue of each product.

Each transaction shows its date, product, customer, type (Paid or Free), amount, discount (with the promo code used) and revenue.
